What to Expect?

Day 1

  • An onboarding meeting is scheduled.

  • The customer received the access grant document.

  • A designated contact person for the account transfer is identified from the client’s team.

  • Meeting intervals are set to every two weeks.

Week 3

  • Kickoff meeting is conducted.

  • Access to accounts is established, and installations are underway for those without existing access.

  • The webmaster reviews all communication events and lead forms on the website, addressing any issues that arise.

  • A CRM system for tracking customers and leads is implemented (optional).

  • Existing conversion and event configurations are reviewed, and necessary adjustments are made. If prior installations have not been completed, the setup is conducted from the ground up.

  • The target audience is analyzed, leading to the preparation of different segmentation types.

  • Competitor analysis and benchmarking studies are executed.

  • Audience, location and CR target Ad Spec's file is prepared and approved according to analysis

  • A comprehensive user experience (UX) analysis of the website is conducted, and any issues related to mobile compatibility and speed is addressed. Website security and update configurations are thoroughly reviewed. Any issues that necessitate immediate attention are promptly resolved.

  • The primary location and keywords for SEO optimization are determined.

  • Tests on the landing page are executed to pinpoint conversion issues, which the webmaster resolves promptly.

  • If a landing page is missing, a new one is prepared.

  • Campaign budget information is acquired.

  • The Google Ads account verification process is executed.

  • A review of the website's images is undertaken to assess their initial impact and identify areas for improvement.

  • The current status of the social media accounts are analyzed.

  • Social media and content sharing strategy is developed.

  • The social media profile is updated.

  • Content for the meta campaigns is provided by the customer.

  • Important days and weeks are scheduled as part of the social media planning process.

Week 6

  • A comprehensive technical SEO analysis is performed.

  • Competitive ranking assessments and historical trend evaluations are conducted.

  • The SEO strategy is formulated based on competitor insights.

  • On-page SEO optimizations are implemented.

  • Various content types and titles aimed at enhancing conversions are established.

  • Current search intent keywords from both paid and organic channels are identified and incorporated into ranking analyses.

  • Content creation is aligned with Google’s algorithm requirements.

  • Optimization efforts for Google Maps are done. Google Ads campaigns are submitted for approval, along with Meta campaigns.

  • Initial performance evaluations of the campaigns are conducted, and new campaigns are introduced with optimization modifications.

  • A request has been made to devise a special discount or promotional campaign for customers, with specific start and end dates and conditions outlined.

  • Special campaigns are utilized Google Ads in conjunction with Meta ads, organic social media posts, and the website.

  • A performance tracking document for advertising campaigns is shared with the client.

  • Materials are posted in line with social media plan.

  • A thorough hashtag analysis is completed, resulting in a robust list of hashtags.

  • Weekly, 2-4 pieces of content are shared. Social media accounts are integrated with the website.

  • Crawl budget optimization for Google bots is executed.

  • An IP blacklist and malware check is performed.

  • A full backup and antivirus scan is completed, along with database maintenance and repairs.

Week 12

  • Adapted to the latest SEO algorithm updates

  • Strengthened first-page rankings through backlink strategies

  • Monitored updates and optimized on-page/off-page elements for better rankings

  • Shared comparative reports of Google Ads campaigns with competitors

  • Created conversion-focused content and initiated informational content planning
